Start with a relaxed first chat on WhatsApp or a call. Tell us who lives there, which rooms you’re thinking about and what isn’t working. A floor plan and a few photos help, but you don’t need them.
We agree the scope
Together we settle the rooms, priorities, budget and timing, and whether you want design only or design with execution. Everyone knows who is responsible for what before any work starts.
One person who knows your home.
Whether you take the design to your own team or ask us to see it through, the designer who plans your home stays with it. Decisions made in step three are the ones checked on site in step four.

When execution is included, InDesign brings in and coordinates the specialist contractors, checks the work as it progresses and follows up on corrections. Design-only clients receive the agreed design deliverables to take forward.

How much does interior design cost in Kottayam?
It depends on the size of your home, the rooms involved, the materials you choose, and whether you want design only or design with execution. We don’t use one-size-fits-all packages. We look at your scope first, then give you an estimate you can plan around. Share your budget early and we’ll be honest about what it can cover.
Do you handle both design and execution?
Yes. You can hire InDesign for design only, or for design and execution. When execution is included, we coordinate a network of specialist contractors, check the work as it goes and follow up on corrections. The exact scope is agreed for every project.
Which areas do you cover?
We’re based in Kottayam and work in homes across the district, including Ettumanoor, Pala, Changanassery, Kanjirappally and Vaikom. We also take on projects elsewhere in Kerala. Tell us where your home is and we’ll talk it through.
Can you do just the kitchen, or one room?
Yes. Many projects start with a single kitchen, bedroom or living room. We’ll still consider how the new room fits with the rest of your home.
Do you do construction work?
No. We focus on interiors, not building construction. If your home is still being built, it helps to talk to us early so interior plans can be considered alongside it.
How long will my project take?
It depends on the scope, the materials you choose and the site. We’ll give you a realistic timeline once the scope is agreed, not before.
Do I need to know exactly what I want?
Not at all. Start with what bothers you about your home, a few pictures you like, or just a description. The brief takes shape as we talk.
What should I have ready for the first chat?
Your town, the rooms involved and a rough idea of timing. If you have a floor plan, photos of the space or a budget in mind, bring those too.
